Matchmaking World of Tanks The composition of tanks in each team is a task of matchmaker. It works in following manner. It takes one tank from the queue and looks at his tier. For example it is IS – russian heavy with tier 7. The matchmaker takes the corresponding line from the table below and sees that the IS has battle tiers from 7 till 9. Randomly is the tier for battle selected. In our example let it be 8 from 7 to 9 incl. The matchmaker takes tanks from queue, which can participate in tier 8 battles see column number 8 in the table and puts them in 2 teams.
In our battle we can face Tiger II and for example M6 both can participate in tier 8 battles. There are 12 battle tiers. In the tier 12 battles you will have only tanks from 10 tier and some light scouts from lower tiers.
Does fcm 50t need a buff? And is it worth it?
General News Discuss on Forum In other languages: This tank can accurately deliver over 2, damage per minute when fully equipped and can adapt quickly over terrain with eight degrees of gun depression and 17 degrees of elevation. While the FCM’s gun handling helpful, mobility is its true advantage.
Acceleration both forward and back is very good, allowing for quickly moving into and out of firing position which minimizes exposure time. The tank gets to top speed very quickly on a variety of terrain, and the traverse speed is good enough to fulfill any requirements the driver may have. Brothers in Arms 3rd crew skill: View Range and Gunnery skills are incredibly important to the tank as the FCM relies on engaging the opponent at max ranges and seeing potential damage before it happens.
The gun depression of the tank is very good, allowing the driver to hide most of the tank behind cover while firing. The low effective aim time also allows for the tank to peek quicky, fire, and retreat into cover before receiving retaliatory fire. The penetration at is enough to reliably damage any tank the FCM will face. First, not needing premium ammo to be effective means the tank has very good credit making potential.
Next, the size of the tank is huge. The tank will be difficult to hide behind bushes, rocks, and even some buildings.

But you can trade with your 76mm armed and lower tanks now effectively. This tank and the amx 13 57 GF were two high tier light premiums both now are just Overpowered status, dare I say. The absolute filth you can dispense on people in those tanks is wrong at times. This tank caries enough, but I have run out once before.
Be very smart with ammo choice, I love the added complexity ammo choice is key and its something im trying to nail down. And some video evidence As you can tell I love this thing and the AMX 13 57 GF, but I fear wargamming will have to nerf bat these even if they are premium they are just wrong now, if they dont nerf em they will likely never sell them again, if they do you are unleashing a cancer that no one wants right now.
How does it compare to other tier 8 premium tanks, especially the ones with premium matchmaking? I think this is one of the best, if not the best premium tanks you can currently buy. Mobility is the big thing in WoT right now, armour is pointless when everyone is using premium shells constantly, so it’s better to dodge than hope you will bounce shells. How does it compare to every other tank then? You can consider yourself at the same level as tier 8 mediums. Don’t think you are as strong as a tier 8 heavy, trading shots with them will not work out.
Instead, like I said before, use the tanks excellent mobility. So what makes it so good? I think 3 things make this tank good, and 2 things make it bad. Along with the weight 50t in case you can’t work that out , you can really bully enemy tanks by ramming them too. The gun, hilariously I believe it’s the same gun that is on the ARL 44 when fully upgraded, maybe with some soft stat buffs. This gun is a very good choice for a tier 8 premium.
It’s very all rounded with the only poor stats perhaps being the penetration compared to tier 8 heavy tanks and aiming time. Yes, it plays more like a medium but if the situation calls for you to tank some shots, you can reliably sidescrape with this tank.
Weak points of FCM 50 t
When turning corners, you can make enemies shoot your tracks – Preferential matchmaking tier 9 max, no tier 10 battles – One of the best credit earners in the game Cons: With average armor, a 90mm gun, high top speed and quick acceleration. Its best to play this tank as you would a medium tank using cover, flanking tactics and aiming for weak spots to disable the enemy to allow you to gain the upper hand and run circles around your target.
The FCM 50 t is a mobile sniper that is quickly able to relocate and a become a viable support tank.
August 11, The CDC’s speed is phenomenal. Because of this it can reach early spots for map control and early damage faster than the vast majority of tanks it sees. For example, on Cliff the CDC can get to the middle of the map and get a shot or two into the enemy heavy sides before an enemy medium reaches the spot; an FCM in the same situation won’t always beat the enemy meds there. Same goes for the hill on Tundra and Mines.
This same speed really helps the CDC relocate too; when a flank is falling the CDC can run away to safety faster than the enemy can say “fuck you frenchie”. The CDC can also depress its gun more vs. The downsides, of course, are that it sees tier 10s and that it has no effective armor. Most purple players here value pref MM over all the CDC’s advantages, and I can understand why because it allows them to face less powerful enemies and on the average perform better.
But although I had the FCM for a longer time and still think it’s a great tank, the CDC is just too fantastic of a tank for me to not play. I’ve had over battles in both tanks, the vast majority of which are solopub, and the CDC is more fun for me.

Whether vehicles are stock or fully researched, how they are equipped, nor crew skill is taken into account by the match-maker. Vehicle Tier Vehicle tier is not taken into consideration when balancing teams. This is a common misconception among players. For example, under the current rules a tier 8 medium can be matched against a tier 7 heavy tank. The only relevance of vehicle tier is to determine the battle tier. However, the top tanks of each team have the same vehicle tier due to the current balancing rules.
